In recent years, a lot of investment has been made in medical simulation training infrastructure all over the world. Demand for practical skills training is increasing especially in medicine. LUHS offers innovative peer-to-peer practical simulation training programs. The novel programs for collaborative learning & peer evaluation allows to use simulation facilities and precious equipment 24/7. A group of 3 students simulate training in a clinical setting. After each step is completed, the difficulty of training will increase. The independent training is guided and evaluated remotely by the instructor, which not only enables the team to work closely, but also allows the students to obtain professional feedback and enhance the sense of clinical responsibility, thereby creating a practice scenario close to the real environment of the hospital.

Collaborative learning & peer evaluation HybridLab training is carried out in a simulation laboratory, open 24/7.
